7. Interactions & Transactions
All interactions and transactions between users occur at their own risk. NodeBinder is not responsible for:
- Job outcomes or employment results
- Payment disputes, chargebacks, or financial issues
- Offline interactions or agreements between users
- Quality of services or opportunities offered by other users
- Accuracy of representations made by users
8. Payments & Monetization
Regarding premium features and paid services:
- All paid features and premium memberships will be clearly disclosed
- Pricing and billing terms are transparent and provided before purchase
- Refund policies are governed by applicable law and our refund policy
- Cancellation of paid services must be done through your account settings
9. Account Suspension & Termination
NodeBinder may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Violations
Violation of these Terms or Platform policies
Harmful Activity
Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal behavior
You may terminate your account at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team.
10. Intellectual Property
NodeBinder retains all rights to its intellectual property, including:
- Platform Design & Functionality: All UI/UX elements, features, and technology
- Branding: Logos, trademarks, and brand names
- Content: All text, images, and materials created by NodeBinder
- Algorithms & Systems: Matching, discovery, and recommendation systems
All intellectual property is protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
NodeBinder does not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content
- Successful outcomes or results from using the Platform
- Freedom from viruses, malware, or other harmful code
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeBinder shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or income
- Disputes or interactions between users
- Data loss or privacy breaches beyond our control
- Third-party claims or actions
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NodeBinder harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
